Dick Gaines in Dizz Wilson #71 leads #66 Ralph Quarterson, #100 Harold McGilton and #881 Floyd "Bud" Chaddock at Ohio Valley Speedway in Parkersburg, West Virginia back around 1964.

I found this through a Google search:

One of our local car owners from the early 1950's has passed away.  "Lew" Guinn owned race cars that several local drivers drove over the years.  He even had cars running at Daytona Beach back in the early days with Budd Chaddock driving.

Lew was a one time president of the local Vienaa Stock Car Racing Assoc. that sanctioned most of the areas racing in the 50's.  For several years he donated cars to the points champions of the VSCRA and may have been known better for his "all aluminum" car built in the early 60's that Gene Ingold, Budd Chaddock and Bill Dotson drove.  Lew was 88 and had been in failing health recently.  RIP Mr. Guinn.:(

Here is a link to some racing photos from Arena Park Speedway in Cape Girardeau, Missouri from the sixties:

http://www.capecentralhigh.com/cape-photos/parks/arena-park-stock-car-races/

Bill Bost of Marion IL is in the 55, and Bill Corzine from Anna IL ins the 16.  I am not sure about the 7, it may be Yewell Krause of Cape, since he was one of the only to run a sprint car chassis, or number 14.

Here is another from 1966.  National Anthem time.  I think the points leaders carried the flags.  Number 15 is Durel Fowler from Portageville, MO.  He was the first racer to put a wing on the car at Cape.  He died within the past few months.  I do not know who the 2 car is, but it was a "B" class car.
